Food plan

I figured out a food plan for this upcoming year, now I just need to stick to it.

Could I get some feedback? I'm going to be working out twice a day almost 5 days a week, so I want to make sure I'm getting enough food. I want to do this right.

  1. I would say it's probably not enough, especially if you're exercising. I don't know where you are with carbs, but I thing it needs more grains of some description (good energy food!) Even an extra bowl of porridge somewhere.

  2. Like Agnes said, probably some more food would help when you're going to be working out twice a day ^_^ a slightly bigger breakfast?

  4. Thank you so much for the comments, I'll try to add an extra bowl of oats with my breakfast perhaps to give me energy to get through the day. I really appreciate all the replies <3
