Trying to float while being weighed down by mental illness.
I would say it's probably not enough, especially if you're exercising. I don't know where you are with carbs, but I thing it needs more grains of some description (good energy food!) Even an extra bowl of porridge somewhere.Xxx

Thank you so much for the comments, I'll try to add an extra bowl of oats with my breakfast perhaps to give me energy to get through the day. I really appreciate all the replies <3
