Today's meal plan

I did all my meal prep this morning. Now I just need to stick to it, and binging shouldn't be a problem.

Breakfast: 
Chocolate protein oatmeal
Banana
Two Easter chocolate coins
AM snack
Chocolate Boost (can you tell I'm craving chocolate this morning?)

Lunch:
Lentils and veg

PM snack:
Cucumber and hummus

Dinner: 
Rice, peas and vegan ground beef


Let's smash this Monday and end this horrid binge purge cycle

  1. Sounds like a good plan. :) I've been on an oatmeal kick lately. Where do you find chocolate protein oatmeal? Or is it a recipe?

    1. I put 1/8c chocolate protein powder in with 1/2c of oats!
