Red velvet protein smoothie

I had a rough day yesterday with binging and purging, and struggling today as well. But I had some oats for breakfast and I made a red velvet smoothie for lunch! :) Sorry for the awful couch color, I'm in my office right now.

Here's the recipe!!
1 scoop protein powder (chocolate or vanilla) (I used VEGA protein and greens)
1 cup frozen raspberries
1/3 cup vanilla yogurt (I used Activia fat free vanilla)
Few drops Chocolate stevia
Cold coffee - as preferred 

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend!!

protein: 25
