October goals

  • enjoy my reading week, and get caught up on readings
  • b/p every other day at most
  • lose 10 lbs
  • spend at least 15 minutes practicing some form of mindfulness
  • practice DBT skills every day
  • continue to put effort into social events
  • stop self harming
  • stop laxative use

I can do this.
